Preferred Freezer Services of Chicago II is the first fully automated public refrigerated warehouse in the United States. The facility boasts a freezer capacity of 8.0 million cubic feet, cooler capacity of 2.3 million cubic feet, blast freezer capacity of 1,200 positions and -40 degree temperature, and a 25,200 square foot loading/unloading dock. The second Chicago facility follows in the heels of the company’s expansion not only in the United States but in China and Vietnam.
