Samuel Hensley
Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Hensley joined the company in March 2009. His responsibilities include the financial, accounting, administration, Health Safety and Environment, Food Safety, Legal and Human Resource leadership of the company. He brings more than 35 years of experience in accounting and finance. Mr. Hensley’s background includes both large public companies and high growth entrepreneurial companies along with international and public accounting experience. As a CFO, Mr. Hensley has extensive experience leading companies through initial and secondary public offerings as well as acquisitions and strategic sales.

Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of PODS, Inc. which is a provider of moving and storage services. His career started out at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he spent 10 years as an audit manager.

Mr. Hensley has a B.S. in Accounting from Bob Jones University, South Carolina and a MBA from Emory University, Georgia.
