
Mr. Galiher founded Preferred Freezer Services, LLC in November of 1989. Together with a select group of investment partners, Mr. Galiher directed the acquisition of Preferred's warehouse and transportation business, a family-owned regional operation with sales of $2.5 million. Mr. Galiher has been the driving force of our growth and corporate identity, since our inception, in 1989. His unique blend of experience in engineering, construction, sales and management has been key to the company’s success.
Mr. Hensley joined the company in March 2009. His responsibilities include the financial, accounting and administration management of the company. He brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Mr. Hensley’s background includes both large public companies and high growth entrepreneurial companies along with international and public accounting experience. As a CFO, Mr. Hensley has extensive experience leading companies through initial and secondary public offerings as well as acquisitions and strategic sales.
In April 2009 Preferred Freezer Services hired Timothy McLellan to serve as the Managing Director of International Business Development. Mr. McLellan’s responsibility is to globally promote and establish the company's core business model of designing, building and operating refrigerated warehouse facilities. His initial focus will be on Asia, beginning with Vietnam and China, and the MENA region.
Julius Heil has joined Preferred Freezer Services as Executive Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain.
Brian Beattie joined Preferred Freezer Services in June 2010 as Executive Vice President, Sales with responsibility leading Sales, Business Development, Customer Service and Marketing. Before joining the Preferred Freezer Services team, Brian was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for CHEP U.S.A., a division of Brambles. He also led their global marketing, product engineering, mergers and acquisition initiatives. One of the most notable accomplishments was leading the acquisition and integration of Lean Logistics, a “Software as a Service” third party logistics provider. He has a deep background in sales and marketing with additional leadership experience at Ryder, Tenneco and Pepsi-Cola. Brian holds a BA in Business Administration, Transportation and Marketing from Michigan State University.
Mr. Olmstead joined the company in November 2007. His responsibilities include the development of value-added logistics programs and new business development. He will lead the company efforts in establishing extended supply chain solutions such as dedicated facility operations, transportation pool consolidation programs, and cross-docking.
Mr. DiDonato joined Preferred Freezer Services in 1995 as Sales Manager for the company’s 1st location. In 2001, Mr. DiDonato was promoted to Vice President of Sales and remains in his current position today. During his 15 years with the company, Dan has been a key member of the executive team that drove the company’s unprecedented growth within the temperature controlled warehousing industry. His sales leadership was instrumental in growing a national sales team that took the company from operating several facilities to its current size of 25 locations in North America. Dan is responsible for the development of new business, managing existing national clients, customer service and marketing. Other responsibilities include managing and growing a nationwide sales team that currently consists of over 24 sales professionals and support personnel.
Mr. Klumok joined the company in June 2010. His responsibilities include the development and subsequent rollout of Preferred Freezer Services more comprehensive logistics offerings with a focus on the North American consumer packaged goods market.
Mr. Dzierzawiec joined Preferred Freezer Services as Vice President, Human Resources. With his extensive background in human resources, Mr. Dzierzawiec's brings over thirty years experience in employee and labor relations, strategic business planning, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
Mr. Ingrassia joined the company in April of 2000 as Preferred Freezer Services expanded operations to the West Coast. John held the position of Sales Manager at several Los Angeles divisions as the company developed six new facilities in eight years. John’s duties included the development of new business, sales forecasting and budgeting, customer service, rate and competitive market analysis and p + l development.
Mr. Castaldi became Information Technology Manager in April of 2001. His responsibilities include network and database administration and overall design, configuration, and maintenance of the technology department. Mr. Castaldi also maintains the Company's Accounting System. He regularly updates, enhances and maintains the system to meet the changing needs of the Company. Prior to his current position Mr. Castaldi served as an independent computer consultant during which time he gained extensive knowledge in both Microsoft Server and Desktop products. Mr. Castaldi also obtained advanced training in Citrix MetaFrame thin client solutions. Mr. Castaldi received a B.S. in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1988 were he was a member of the Varsity Golf Team.
Ms. Sellino became the Director of Strategic Souring and Procurement in 2011. Her responsibilities include the establishment and adherence to standard operating procedures throughout Preferred Freezers. Paddy is involved from the inception of each new facility providing oversight throughout its operation to maintain uniformity at all installations. Ms. Sellino is continually required to stay current with all upgrades and new generations of Warehouse Logic – our computer warehousing program. Her skills in the MIS department lead her to developing a state of the art online service for customers and employees which is being implemented nationwide.
